Pricing & Payment
All our prices are in Swiss Francs (CHF). The prices contain 7,7 % value added tax (VAT) as required by Swiss law. Shipping costs are not included in our prices and are stated separately at the completion of an order. The methods of payment are also stated at the completion of an order.

Orders
With the submission of an order, the customer enters a contract of sale with Hardnine Choppers and confirms having read, understood and accepted these terms and conditions.

Generally, all items in our online shop are available on stock and will be shipped within 5 working days. Nevertheless, it is possible that an item is out of stock or not available in the desired amount. If this happens, the customer will be informed via e-mail and we will try to find a solution.

Conditional Sale
Any goods purchased shall remain the property of Hardnine Choppers, until full payment has been cleared.

Shipping
If parcels are returned due to denial of acceptance without reason, we may bill the customer for the shipping cost.

Returns
Defective and unfitting articles may be returned within five days of receipt, as long as the defect is not caused by negligence of the customer. Refunds and exchanges are only possible if we receive the returned goods in impeccable condition. Sealed items can only be returned if they have not been opened and remain in their original packaging.

The customer must cover all shipping costs of returned goods. If goods are returned because they are defective or the delivery was faulty, we will cover the shipping costs.

Upon receipt of the returned articles, we will send you the arranged replacement goods or a refund.

Liability
Hardnine Choppers denies liability for damage that may occur through usage, and in particular inappropriate or unlawful usage of the purchased goods.

Place of jurisdiction
Our business transactions are based solely on Swiss law. Place of jurisdiction is Bern.
